We want you to love your BTB Los Angeles purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, tagged items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that a standard shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.

Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; ensure the package is scanned to track your return progress.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
